These 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 5 minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Universitat metro station and Passeig de Gràcia, which connect with the entire city, in a vibrant area with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment features mosaic floors and modernist-style doors that make it a very cosy apartment.
They are exterior apartments with balcony, heating, Wi-Fi connection and Air Conditioning.
The living room has comfortable sofas and television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.
It has one double room for two people with private bathroom, one double room with balcony and one standard double room. The apartment has, in addition to the private bathroom, a bathroom with shower to be shared between the other two rooms. All beds come with storage bed base, which provides more storage space.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is at number 228 Aribau Street.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
