These 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the attractive L'Eixample district, a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya. The apartment features mosaic floors and modernist-style doors, making it a very cosy apartment. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartments are exterior-facing and have a balcony, heating and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine and dryer.
There is a double room for two people with a private bathroom, a double room with a balcony and a standard double room. The apartment also has, in addition to the private bathroom, a shared shower bathroom for the other two rooms.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.
The apartments are just 600 metres from the famous Plaça Catalunya and a 5-minute walk from the Plaça Universitat and Passeig de Gràcia metro stations, which connect to the whole city.

* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a 60% discount + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a 40% discount + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a 20% discount + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 monthly payment + VAT
- Security deposit: 2 months
- Final cleaning 290 euros
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 270 euros.
Our reception is located at 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
