3-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, an excellent well-connected location with the rest of the city.
The apartment has a terrace/patio, air conditioning and heating, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
It has 2 full bathrooms with showers.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for home cooking. There is also high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and bedding.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within about 200 metres of the apartment.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. The accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.
- Security deposit: 1 month

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: €190.

* 1-2 months: €700 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
