This apartment combines modern style with the maintenance of traditional beams, making the stay a completely cosy and warm experience. The living room has a comfortable sofa, plasma screen TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
Once you are in this square in the historic centre of Barcelona, you can take any of the surrounding streets, where you will find cobbled alleys full of history.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and towels.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment. The building has 8 steps to reach the lift.
No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
- Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security deposit: 2 months
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 300 euros.
- Final cleaning 350€
- Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.
- Agency fees:
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a 60% discount + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a 40% discount + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a 20% discount + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 monthly payment + VAT
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys on Aribau street 228.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
