This two-bedroom, two-bathroom interior duplex is located next to the modernist-style Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, with an exceptional location just 10 minutes' walk from Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas, the city's main attractions.
It has free air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, and parquet flooring, this apartment has a warm, modern style.
On the ground floor are the bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds.
On the first floor is a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is integrated into the same living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with towels and bedding.
The apartment does not have private parking; however, there is a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.
- Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €650 + VAT
* 3-5 months: €850 + VAT
* 6-9 months: €1,050 + VAT
* 10-11 months: €1,200 + VAT

Our reception is located at 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on a Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Carrer Aribau.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
