This beautiful and modern two-bedroom apartment is located in the attractive Gracia neighbourhood, known for its 19th century boulevards and pedestrian walks full of independent boutiques, galleries and cinemas.

This apartment is very well connected, just a 5-minute walk from Diagonal, and can be easily reached by public transport.

It consists of a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a spacious dressing room, two balconies and a large terrace (it will be furnished upon delivery).

The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. It also has air conditioning (hot/cold pump) and Wi-Fi connection.

- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €850 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €1000 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1600 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €2400 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.

For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
