The apartment has a practical fully equipped American kitchen that includes a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare your meals. It also has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year.
In addition to high-speed WIFI to keep you connected and a TV.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and bedding.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within about 200 metres of the apartment.
- Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. The accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date.
- Security deposit: 1 month

- Final cleaning: €200
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: €150.
Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €700 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €850 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1000 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1750 + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday) the key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
