The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds in each and a dressing room or storage room, with a bathroom equipped with a shower. It is located in the attractive Barceloneta neighbourhood, just 5 minutes from the beach.
This apartment is very well connected and can be easily reached by public transport, as well as being located near many of the city's attractions. It is on the ground floor and is exterior. It has air conditioning in the living room, a ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge and hob, washing machine and dryer.
It has two double bedrooms for up to 4 people.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. The accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date.
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €700 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €850 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €1000 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1600 + VAT.
- Deposit: 1 month

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT will be added to the published price.
