Once you find yourself in this square in the historic centre of Barcelona, you can take any of the surrounding streets, where you will find cobblestone alleys full of history.
This apartment combines modern style together with the maintenance of traditional beams, turning the stay into a completely cosy and warm experience.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a plasma screen TV and an American bar with practical stools. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
In the same space there is a double bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and towels.
The apartment also has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.
Exclusive apartment for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within about 250 metres of the apartment.
Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150 euros.

* 1-2 months: £450 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: £600 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: £800 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: £1200 + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys on Aribau Street 228.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
