Description
This attic has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 people. You will be able to enjoy its fantastic terrace and its privileged location very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Tetuán Square. The accommodation has 90 m² and is fully equipped. It has a lift, washing machine, dryer, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning and television. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and bedding.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 100 metres of the apartment.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday) the key collection is on Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
The apartment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.
