The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a twin room.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers and a toilet.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. Self check-in with a mobile phone from 3pm.
The building has a common rooftop area, with a chill-out space, where you can relax after a long day.
It is just 500 metres from the famous Rambla de Cataluña and a 10-minute walk from the FGC train stations of Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station, which connect to the whole city. A 15-minute walk away is the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.
Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
Arrivals after 9pm have an additional cost of €30 to be paid before check-in.
