This apartament has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The elegant bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, has towels to be used on arrival at the apartament.
This apartament does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 150 metres from the apartament.
No parties or stag/hen parties are allowed.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartament. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
The entries after 21:00h are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of 30 €.

In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with shower (not suitable for very large people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. The living-dining room has a Smart TV (43 inches) and Wi-Fi connection. Due to its small dimensions (especially the bathroom!) this small apartment is ideal for those who prioritise location over space. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within about 200 metres of the apartment. IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to climb some steps.
