This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Catalunya, two of the city's main attractions. It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi. The apartment has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design. The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and it has a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. The second bedroom has one single bed. The elegant bathroom, complete with a shower cubicle, has towels made available upon arrival at the apartment. This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park about 300 metres from the apartment. Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights. You can do the self-check-in with our smartphone app. You will receive a message with all the information. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

Fully renovated 55 m2 attic with a large terrace (18 square metres), with table and hammocks and fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. It has 2 double bedrooms and an exceptional location. A few metres away you will also find another jewel of modernism, the Hospital de Sant Pau, inaugurated in 1930. It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. You will find the apartment with towels and bed linen. This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), the key collection is on Aribau street 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Please note that if you arrive later than 9pm and have not completed the self check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment. The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
