Description
Three-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment located next to the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. With an exceptional location, you will also find another jewel of modernism, the Hospital de Sant Pau, inaugurated in 1930, just a few metres away.
It has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
You will find the apartment with towels and bed linen.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except public holidays from Monday to Friday). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday), the key collection is on Aribau Street 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00.
Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 and have not completed the self-check-in process, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ideale, dal punto di vista turistico e logistico. La prossimità con la Sagrada Familia è reale, ma questo implica anche la prossimità con l'accesso all'ottimo servizio di trasporti pubblici di Barcellona. Logisticamente, inoltre, ha nei pressi diversi supermercati (uno aperto 24h), nonché nell'avenida un forno eccellente e diversi bar (con menzione speciale per il caffè/bar gelateria jijonceta). Passando all'appartamento in sé, eccezionale: pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, con una cucina attrezzatissima (per non parlare di lavatrice e lavastoviglie).
