Description
Renovated apartment in August 2016 with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the famous Portal del Ángel, and next to the Church of Santa Anna.
You have to climb a narrow staircase of 29 steps to reach the lift.
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a balcony overlooking a famous commercial street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided on arrival.
The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and layout of the spaces but they all have the same general characteristics. Upon arrival, you will be assigned a specific apartment.
No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Self-check-in with your mobile phone from 15:00 onwards.
