Description
Cosy studio divided into two areas: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main facade, and a double bedroom with private bathroom facing the rear facade. In the bedroom we find air conditioning (split type), a double bed (135cm) as well as a small bathroom with shower (not suitable for very large people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. The living-dining room has a 43-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. Due to its small size (especially the bathroom!), this small apartment is ideal for those who prioritise location over space. IMPORTANT: THE CEILING HEIGHT IS 2 METRES. APARTMENT NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY TALL PEOPLE.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.
IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to go up some steps. Building not adapted.

Please note that if you arrive later than 9pm, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.
The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.
The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
