Electronic key security both at the apartment entrance and in each room. Adjustable lighting in both the living room and bathrooms, the latter with mirror mode functions for use.

- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date.
Rent: €1,150 + €90 for utilities
Deposit: €1,200 (subject to length of stay)
Final cleaning: €100
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: €500 + VAT.
* 3-5 months: €700 + VAT.
* 6-9 months: €850 + VAT.
* 10-11 months: €1,100 + VAT.
No parties allowed.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 19:30 Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
