These 3 or 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The standard double room is for single use and has a shared bathroom with another room. It will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.
No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
- Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay)
- Final Cleaning: 80 euros.
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 85 euros.
- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.
Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 150€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 350€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 600€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 720€ + VAT.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
