These 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.

The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer.

The superior standard double room has a shared bathroom with two other rooms and will be provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.

Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.

- Security deposit: 1 month (subject to length of stay)

- Final cleaning: 80 euros.

- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 85 euros.

- Prices for bookings of a minimum of 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation prices and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.

* 3-5 months: £450 + VAT.

Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
