These 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.
The single bedroom has a shared bathroom with another room and will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.
No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.
- Reservations with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Security deposit: 1 month
- Final cleaning: 70 euros.
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 85 euros.
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Accommodation and management fees are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance booking date.
* 1 month: 1 monthly payment with a 60% discount + VAT
* 2-3 months: 1 monthly payment with a 40% discount + VAT
* 4-5 months: 1 monthly payment with a 20% discount + VAT
* 6-11 months: 1 monthly payment + VAT
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at 228 Aribau Street.
Arrivals after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of 30€.
For business bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
